Assessment, benchmarking and local files in line with OECD and FTA guidelines. Industries served:
Headline rules and common questions. We confirm what applies to you.
Yes. Free zone and mainland companies must both register with the FTA and file an annual return, even when they expect to pay 0%. We check whether you meet the Qualifying Free Zone Person conditions and keep the evidence ready.
When your taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 in the last 12 months, or are expected to in the next 30 days. You can register voluntarily from AED 187,500.
Local and master files are required when the entity’s revenue is AED 200 million or more, or it belongs to a group with consolidated revenue of AED 3.15 billion or more. Below that, related-party transactions must still be at arm’s length, and may need a disclosure with your Corporate Tax return.
The UAE is introducing mandatory e-invoicing in phases from 2026, starting with larger businesses. We assess your systems, help you appoint an Accredited Service Provider and test your invoices before go-live.
Under Corporate Tax, businesses with revenue above AED 50 million and Qualifying Free Zone Persons must keep audited statements. Many free zone authorities also require an annual audit for licence renewal.
